Training and Education Courses

LubeAlloy Manufacturing Australia has a complete range of in house training programs to suit all industries. Education and training classes are conducted for all levels of staff. LubeAlloy Manufacturing Australia training program belief is that "lubricant education should be an overall course on refining,oil analysis,contamination control,pro-active maintenance and technology integration to improve productive output of staff and machinery".

Oil Analysis

LubeAlloy Manufacturing Australia provides a complete lubrication service. A laboratory for oil analysis programs supports a broad range of high performance LA lubricants. LA does not simply formulate a high quality product - they investigate lubrication problems and recommend cost - saving solutions for their clients. Through utilising our in-house laboratory, we manage clients machinery and equipment to maximise the oil life.
When oil reaches a 'change out' period due to degradation of the hydrocarbon structure, metals and contaminants will have ingressed into the oil composition. To safely monitor such contaminants, an oil analysis predicts the levels of contamination to the oil before damage is done to machinery.

Thermocouple Testing

A thermocouple is a hand held electronic equipment to test thermal temperature of metal surfaces where bearings are housed and oil or grease is in use. Understanding the temperature and what that reading means become vital information in the hand of the knowledgable maintenance personnal.

By establishing parameters that effectly destroy the bearing, life of bearings will be extended by correctly establishing boundaries of greasing intervals and greasing volumes. In an oil bath, the oil can be monitored for heat degradation and oxidation with testing. With the LA Oil Analysis program, a full safety and condition monitoring system is utilized to maximum benefit.
